摘 要:基于PSS/E仿真平台对蒙西电网与华北主网异步联网工程实施前后系统的静态稳定、暂态稳定和动态稳定特性进行计算分析。研究结果表明,实施蒙西电网与华北主网异步联网工程不仅能够彻底解决蒙西电网与华北主网之间的动态稳定问题,还可以显著提高蒙西电网内、外部断面输送能力。经计算,外送断面输电能力可以由4400 MW提高到5000 MW,呼包断面输电能力可以由3900 MW提高到5000 MW,呼丰断面输电能力可以由5600 MW提高到8000 MW。Based on PSS/E,this paper analyzes the static security,transient stability and dynamic stability of the system before and after the implementation of the asynchronous interconnection project of West Inner Mongolia Power Grid and North China Power Grid.The analysis results show that the implementation of the asynchronous interconnection project between West Inner Mongolia and North China can thoroughly solve the dynamic stability problem,and significantly improve the transmission capacity of the internal section of West Inner Mongolia.The transmission capacity between West Inner Mongolia Power Grid and North China Power Grid can be increased from4400MW to5000MW,and the power transmission capacity between Hohhot and Baotou section can be increased from3900MW to5000MW,and the power transmission capacity of Hufeng section can be increased from5600MW to8000MW.
