摘 要:目前火电厂锅炉管道受热面腐蚀监测方法只限于设备停运期间的监督检查或事故发生后的原因分析,无法获得生产过程中受热面腐蚀速度的即时值,为此研制出一种腐蚀速度在线检测装置,该装置通过对锅炉管道内部水汽介质中溶解氢质量浓度进行连续测量,同时采集其他相关数据,经逻辑计算后得到受热面管道腐蚀速度。经过实际应用测试,证明该装置可以对锅炉管道受热面腐蚀状况进行实时监测,对机组的安全经济运行起到监督指导作用。At present,the monitoring methods for corrosion of heating surface of boiler pipes in thermal power plants are limited to the supervision and inspection during equipment shutdown or reason analysis after the accident,can not obtain the instant value of corrosion rate of heating surface in the production process,and a corrosion rate online detection device is developed,through which the mass concentration of dissolved hydrogen in the water vapor medium inside the boiler pipeline is continuously measured.Other relevant data are collected and the corrosion rate of pipeline on heating surface is obtained by logical calculation.It has been proved by practical application test.The device can monitor the corrosion of heating surface of boiler pipeline in real time,helping to supervise and guide the safe and economic operation of the unit.
