微创复位动力型外固定支架联合BMP治疗肘关节骨骺损伤的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创复位动力型外固定支架联合BMP在肘关节骨骺损伤中的治疗效果。方法:选择2017年5月至2018年5月住院治疗的肘关节骨骺损伤患儿100例,分别采用切开复位克氏针内固定(对照组)和微创复位外固定支架固定联合骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2)治疗(观察组),比较两组患者的手术情况、住院时间、肘关节的恢复情况等。结果:观察组患者的术中出血量低于对照组(P <0. 05),手术时间、住院时间、内固定取出时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P <0. 05),术后并发症少于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者术后的肘关节功能差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:微创复位动力型外固定支架联合BMP治疗肘关节骨骺损伤安全有效,可促进骨折愈合和骨骺生长,无不良反应。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive dynamic external fixator combined with BMP in the treatment of elbow joint epiphysis injuries.Methods:100cases of elbow joint epiphysis injury patients from May2017to May2018in our hospital were respectively given Kirschner wire fixation(the control group)and minimally invasive dynamic external fixator combined with BMP(the observation group).The condition of the operation,hospitalization time and the recovery of elbow joint were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time,hospitalization time,removal time of internal fixation and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative complications were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in elbow function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:minimally invasive dynamic external fixator combined with BMP is safe and effective in the treatment of elbow joint epiphysis injury.It can promote fracture healing and epiphyseal growth without any adverse reactions.
