摘  要:目的:研究低剂量饮水砷暴露所致暴露人群的氧化应激反应,为研究当地居民健康状况提供依据。方法:选择巴彦淖尔市杭锦后旗饮水砷暴露地区为调查点,选取在该地区生活20年以上本地居民作为研究对象,根据当地饮水中砷浓度分为对照组((0. 01 mg/L)、水砷低浓度接触组(0. 01~0. 05 mg/L)和水砷高浓度接触组(> 0. 05 mg/L),采集研究对象的尿样和静脉血,测定尿砷含量以及血清中氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的水平。结果:(1)尿砷含量:对照组尿砷含量中位数为15. 261μg/g Cr,水砷低浓度接触组尿砷含量中位数为20. 304 (g/g Cr,水砷高浓度接触组尿砷含量中位数为22. 476μg/g Cr,各组尿砷含量比较差异有统计学意义(H=7. 730,P=0. 021),水砷低浓度接触组尿砷含量高于对照组(Z=-2. 413,P=0. 047),水砷高浓度接触组尿砷含量高于对照组(Z=-2. 489,P=0. 038),水砷低浓度接触组和水砷高浓度接触组尿砷含量相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。(2)氧化应激指标测定结果:与对照组相比,水砷低浓度接触组血清SOD活力低于对照组(Z=2. 234,P=0. 025),水砷高浓度接触组血清SOD活力低于对照组(Z=2. 274,P=0. 023),水砷低浓度接触组SOD活力与水砷高浓度接触组相比差异无统计学意义(Z=0. 106,P=0. 916)。与对照组相比,水砷高浓度接触组MDA含量高于对照组(Z=-2. 680,P=0. 001)。各组GSH-Px活力相比差异无统计学意义(H=4. 144,P=0. 126)。结论:低剂量饮水砷可致暴露机体发生氧化应激反应。Objective:To study the oxidative stress reaction of populations exposed to low dose drinking arsenic and provide evidence for studying the health status of local residents.Method:The drinking water arsenic exposure area of Hangjinhouqi in Bayannur City was selected as the investigation site.Local residents who had lived in the area for more than20years were selected as the research objects.According to the arsenic concentration in the local drinking water,they were divided into control group(<0.01mg/L),water arsenic low concentration contact group(0.01~0.05mg/L)and water arsenic high concentration contact group(>0.05mg/L).The urine samples and venous blood of the study subjects were collected to determine the urinary arsenic content and the levels of serum oxidative stress indicators such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-P).Results:(1)Urinary arsenic content:the median of urine arsenic content was15.261mg/g Cr,20.304mg/g Cr and22.476mg/g Cr respectively in the control group,the water arsenic low concentration contact group and the water arsenic high concentration contact group,and there was a significant difference in urinary arsenic content in each group(H=7.730,P=0.021).The urinary arsenic content in the water arsenic low concentration contact group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=-2.413,P=0.047),the urinary arsenic content in the water arsenic high concentration contact group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=-2.489,P=0.038),and there was no significant difference in the urinary arsenic content between the water arsenic low concentration contact group and the water arsenic high concentration contact group(P>0.05).(2)Measurement results of oxidative stress indicators:Serum SOD activity in the water arsenic low concentration contact group was significantly lower than that in the control group(Z=2.234,P=0.025),the serum SOD activity in the water arsenic high concentration contact group was significantly lower than tha
