摘　　要：目的:观察参芪健胃汤在中晚期胃癌患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择105例中晚期胃癌患者,均接受参芪健胃汤治疗,观察、对比入组患者治疗前后的免疫功能、肿瘤标志物(血清CEA)水平变化情况。结果:与治疗前相比,患者CD8水平下降(P <0. 05),CD4与CD4/CD8水平提高(P <0. 05),且血清CEA检测水平下降(P <0. 05)。结论:参芪健胃汤在中晚期胃癌患者临床治疗中具有良好的应用效果。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Jianwei decoction on advanced gastric cancer.Methods:105patients with advanced gastric cancer were all treated with Shenqi Jianwei decoction,the changes of immune function and tumor markers(serum CEA)levels observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the levels of CD8were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the levels of CD4and CD4/CD8were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the levels of serum CEA were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Jianwei decoction has a good effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
