摘　　要：目的:改进骨磨片的制作方法,改善骨磨片在长期使用过程中容易褪色的问题。方法:在大丽紫浸染法的基础上使用台盼蓝作为染料对骨磨片进行染色。结果:骨陷窝、骨小管、哈弗氏管、穿通管等结构清晰,能满足实验教学使用且在长期实验教学使用过程中未发现明显褪色。结论:骨磨片的台盼蓝染色法操作简单且染料易得价格低廉是比较实用的骨磨片制作方法。Objective:To improve production methods,and to improve the problem of fading easily of the ground section of bone in the process of long-term experiment teaching.Methods:Based on the method of dip Dahlia violet,using the trypan blue dye on the ground section of bone.Results:The bone lacuna and bone canaliculi,Haversian canal,perforating tube structure clearness and being able to be used in the experimental teaching.It is not easy to fade during long-term experiment teaching.Conclusion:The operation method is simple,the dye is cheap and easy to obtain.It is a more practical method of making the ground section of bone.
