摘 要:针对地下空间规划开发影响要素众多且耦合性强的复杂特征,从自然环境、社会经济、建设情况三个维度提出地下空间规划开发综合评价体系。引入变权思想,采用有序加权算法建立适用于昆明市地质条件的适宜评价模型。考虑地下空间与城市基础设施协同优化作用,通过增加停车配建、轨道交通等指标,建立地下空间规划开发社会经济价值评价模型。综合基础利用系数和现状制约系数,提出土地利用对地下空间开发制约的综合利用系数;采用四象限分析法建立了地下空间规划开发建议框架,结合不同地下空间设施需求分类分级,给出地下空间规划开发建议。According to the complex characteristics of many influential factors and strong coupling in underground space planning and development,the comprehensive evaluation system of underground space planning and development is proposed from three dimensions of natural environment,social economy and construction.The evaluation model of underground space suitability for Kunming geological conditions is established by introducing the idea of variable weight and adopting ordered weighting algorithm.Considering the synergistic optimization of underground space and urban infrastructure,a social and economic value evaluation model is development by adding parking allocation,rail transit and other indicators.A comprehensive utilization coefficient of land use is put forward based on the foundation utilization coefficient and the present restriction coefficient.A framework for the planning and development of underground space is established with four-quadrant analysis.Combined with different underground space facilities needs classification and classification,suggestions for underground space planning and development are given.
