摘　　要：合肥市一次性普查获取市区493km2范围内市政道路下各类地下管线、综合管廊、人防坑道及河道等数据,建立了地下管线数据库和综合管理信息系统,并实现了地下管线数据动态更新。在项目管理、竣工测量和成果利用的体制建设以及新技术应用方面积极探索和创新,取得预期成效,有力推动了地下管线建设管理工作。The data of underground pipelines,comprehensive pipeline corridors,civil air defense tunnels and river courses under municipal roads within493square kilometers of Hefei were obtained by one-off census.The underground pipeline database and comprehensive management information system were established,and the data of underground pipelines were updated dynamically.It has actively explored and innovated in the aspects of project management,construction of mechanism and system for completion survey and utilization of achievements,as well as application of new technologies.It has achieved the desired results and effectively promoted the construction and management of underground pipelines.
