摘　　要：近年来,EPC模式在我国的应用越来越广泛。系统性的介绍了EPC总承包模式的发展过程及特点,并对某一运用EPC模式的电力隧道工程的适用性、管理内容进行了分析和总结,该项目最大程度上满足了各方的需求,最终得出在电力隧道工程项目中应用EPC模式具有其特有的优势的结论。对同类工程是否采用EPC模式具有借鉴意义。In recent years,EPC model in China is more and more widely.This paper will describe the development and the features of EPC mod-el and analyze the applicability and management content of a power tunnel project using EPC model.The project should meet the needs of all par-ties to the maximum extent.It is concluded that the application of EPC model in power tunnel engineering projects has its own unique advantages.And it is useful for the similar project to adopt the EPC model.
