摘　　要：园艺疗法是园艺操作与心理调节相结合的一种心理疗愈方式。伴随着社会竞争压力的日益增大,大学生心理健康教育成为高校工作的重要内容。为帮助学生更好地树立积极品质,该研究通过为期一年的试验,验证了园艺疗法对大学生积极心理品质培养的可行性和必要性,以期为园艺疗法在高校的推广应用提供参考。Horticultural Therapy is a psychological therapy combined with horticultural operation and psychological regulation.With the increasing pressure of social competition,mental health education of college students has become an important part of college work.In order to help students to set up positive quality,this study verified the feasibility and necessity of horticultural therapy in the cultivation of positive psychological quality of college students through a one-year experiment.It provides a reference for the popularization and application of horticultural therapy in colleges and universities.
