摘　　要：机制、资金和技术是植树造林的三大关键因素,河北省林投公司按照政府主导、市场运作、合作造林、利益分成的造林模式,立足于为金山银山定制青山绿水目标,探索了太行山区造林的土地、资金、营造、利益和机制等要素新的结合模式。Mechanism,funds and technology are the three key factors for afforestation.Based on government-led,market operation,cooperative afforestation and benefit sharing,and aimed at the goal of creating green hills and clear water for the invaluable Mountains,the company explores a new combination mode of land,capital,construction,benefit and mechanism for afforestation in Taihang Mountains.
