摘  要:薄壁铜管微观组织和力学性能的控制对于空调铜管的生产和应用具有重大意义。文章研究了不同退火工艺条件下铜管的微观组织和力学性能,结果表明,在460℃,退火时铜管未完全再结晶,而在500℃和540℃时完全再结晶;当退火温度为460℃和540℃时,延伸率和抗拉强度波动较大,500℃时则波动较小。在500 ℃、35min退火时铜管微观组织细小均匀,力学性能稳定,均能满足空调厂家的要求。It is very important to control the structure and mechanical properties of thin wall copper tube for its preparation and application.The microstructure and mechanical properties was characterized at different annealing process and its research results show that the recrystalization didn’t fully finish at 460℃but completely at 500℃and 540℃.The value of elongation and tensile strength fluctuated more obviously at 460℃and 540℃than at 500℃.The copper tube with fine and uniform structure was obtained by annealing at 500℃,35 min and its mechanical properties are stable.The structure and properties can meet the requirement of airconditioner producer.
