摘  要:德兴铜矿富家坞矿石成分复杂,存在部分酸性矿石,由于长期暴露产生氧化,非常难处理,在生产过程中铜、钼的回收率都不高,尤其是钼回收率仅为60%左右。为了有效解决钼回收率低的难题,本文针对富家坞矿石进行提高钼回收率选矿试验研究,通过在粗选作业采用选择性捕收剂,精选作业采用组合调整剂,定向活化钼矿物,实验室试验结果在不影响铜指标的情况下,进一步提高了钼回收率。The composition of Fujiawu deposit in Dexing Copper Mine is complex and there are some acidic ores.It is very difficult to treat because of long exposure and oxidation.The recovery of copper and molybdenum is not high in the process of production,especially the recovery rate of Mo is only about 60%.In order to solve the problem of low recovery rate of molybdenum effectively,this paper carries out an experimental study on improving the recovery rate of molybdenum in Fujiawu deposit.By adopting selective collector and combination adjuster in roughing operation,the molybdenum ore is directionally activated.The results of laboratory tests have further improved the recovery rate of molybdenum without affecting the copper index.
