摘  要:铜冶炼烟气制酸过程产出大量废酸原液,现国内采用硫化-中和工艺,产出大量石膏废渣,造成较大二次危废处置难题。为减轻石膏二次危废产出量,采用均相阴膜扩散渗析技术处理工艺,选择性优先回收其中硫酸,结果,硫酸回收率大于90%,硫酸主品位91.6%。处理后废酸可返回主工艺循环利用。A large amount of waste acid was produced in the process of producing acid from copper smelting flue gas,which was treated with sulfur-neutralization process at present.However,a large amount of gypsum waste residue will be produced in this process,which will cause serious secondary waste disposal problems.In order to reduce the secondary hazardous waste output of gypsum,the process of homogeneous anion diffusion dialysis technology is adopted to selectively recycle sulfuric acid.As a result,the recovery rate of sulfuric acid is more than 90%,and the main grade of sulfuric acid is 91.6%.After treatment,the spent acid can be recycled back to the main process.
