摘  要:介绍了以四钼酸铵为原料,采用联合法制取七钼酸铵,研究七钼酸铵结晶过程的工艺条件,试验考察了多因素条件对七钼酸铵产品直收率与物理性能(表面形貌、粒度)的影响。根据优化结果产出的七钼酸铵产品,纯度较高、杂质含量低、表面形貌较好、粒径均匀,质量达到国标MSA-0牌号标准。This paper introduces the preparation of ammonium heptamolybdate from ammonium tetramolybdate by a combined method,and studies the technological conditions for the crystallization process of ammonium heptamolybdate.The direct yield and physical properties(surface morphology and particle size)of ammonium heptamolybdate under multi-factor conditions are investigated experimentally.It is introduced that ammonium tetramolybdate is used as raw material,ammonium heptamolybdate was obtained by a combined method,the technological conditions for the crystallization of ammonium heptamolybdate are studied,the effects of various factors on the yield and physical properties(surface topography and particle size)of ammonium heptamolybdate were investigated.Ammonium heptamolybdate products were produced according to the optimized results,high purity,low content of impurities,better surface morphology,uniform particle size,the quality meets the standard of the national standard MSA-0.
