摘　　要：主要介绍了炼胶生产设备XK-560A型双辊筒开放式炼胶机的工艺流程及作业中存在的弊端,分析了开关磁阻电机的作业特点及优良调速性能、高可靠性、高效节能的优势[3-6]。对比两种电力拖动系统作业的效果,提高炼胶作业的工作效率及加强安全操作,降低炼胶过程中的能源损耗。This paper mainly introduces the process flow of the XK-560A double roller open rubber machine and the disadvantages in the operation,analyzes the operating characteristics of the switch reluctance motor and the advantages of excellent speed regulation performance,high reliability and high efficiency energy saving.After comparing the results of two power drive systems,it shows that the efficiency is improved and the safety of the operation is enhanced,and the energy consumption is reduced in the process.
