摘 要:为了提升生活垃圾管理水平,推进生活垃圾分类工作,对生活垃圾分类投放方案进行了比选研究。综合考虑社会、环境、经济效益和实际可操作性等因素,构建生活垃圾分类投放方案评价指标体系,通过试验分析对指标进行优化。运用灰色聚类评价模型对分类投放方案进行评价,确定方案所属灰类。以海口市居民区为例进行实证研究,评价结果表明,基于有害垃圾单独投放的干湿(易腐垃圾、其他垃圾)两分方案为现阶段最适合于海口市居民区的生活垃圾分类投放方案。In order to improve the level of household waste management and promote the classification of household waste,a study was conducted on the comparison of classification dumping schemes.Taking social,environmental,economic benefits and practical operability into consideration,an evaluation index system of the schemes was constructed,and the indicators were optimized through experimental analysis.The grey clustering evaluation model was used to evaluate the classification dumping schemes and determine the gray class of the schemes.Taking Haikou residential areas as an example to make an empirical study,the result shows that dry and wet classification(perishable waste and other waste)based on independent dumping of hazardous waste is the most appropriate scheme for the classification dumping of household waste in residential areas of Haikou at the present stage.
