摘  要:针对矿用动力锂离子电池多用途,需求面广,多电压等级充电以及智能化充电的技术要求,设计出一种具有高效快速充电的智能充电器。该充电器电路由多功率单元组成,采用DSP28335、PWM移相技术及直流斩波技术,可实现对矿用电压AC380V/AC660V至充电电压0—DC500V和充电电流0—DC200A的无差别连续可调。该设计方案新颖,技术先进,可在煤矿行业进行推广应用。Aiming at the technology requitement of the multi-purpose,wide demand,multi-voltage level charging and intelligent charging of mining power lithium-ion battery,a smart charger with efficient and fast charging is designed.The charger circuit is composed of multiple power units,using DSP28335,PWM phase shifting technology and DC chopping technology.It can realize continuous adjustment of the mining voltage AC380V/AC660V to the charging voltage0-DC500V and the charging current0-DC200A without difference.The design scheme is novel and advanced in technology,and can be promoted and applied in the coal mining industry.
