中医疗法联合复方甘草酸苷针治疗进行期寻常型银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医疗法联合复方甘草酸苷针治疗进行期寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取188例进行期寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为治疗组94例和对照组94例,对照组静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗;治疗组在对照组用药的基础上,加用口服中药银屑病1号,外用双黄软膏封包及中药熏药治疗。两组均治疗10 d。结果治疗组有效率为85.11%,对照组有效率为64.89%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后PASI评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后PASI评分为(4.1±0.6)分,明显低于对照组的(7.7±0.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医疗法联合复方甘草酸苷针治疗进行期寻常型银屑病疗效满意,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods188patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=94)and the control group(n=94).The control group received intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin injection.The treatment group was administered with oral Chinese medicine psoriasis No.1,external Shuanghuang ointment package and Chinese medicine smoked medicine treatment based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for10days.Results The effective rate was85.11%in the treatment group and64.89%in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The PASI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The PASI score of the patients after treatment was(4.1±0.6),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.7±0.9),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine method combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is satisfactory and worthy of clinical promotion.
