摘　　要：目的探讨规范化清洗消毒胃镜的临床应用效果。方法将2015年4月～2018年4月在我院内镜洗消中心行胃镜清洗消毒的300次胃镜随机分为两组,对照组采用常规清洗流程及方法清洗胃镜,观察组采用规范化清洗消毒胃镜流程及方法,比较两组间的胃镜清洗消毒效果、内外清洗消毒、不同时间的菌落数及杀灭率。结果观察组胃镜清洗消毒合格率为97.33%,明显高于对照组的62.00%(P<0.05);观察组腔内清洗消毒及腔外清洗消毒的合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃镜镜身表面、胃镜内腔表面1 min、3 min、5 min的灭菌率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化清洗消毒胃镜的临床应用效果显著,能有效提升胃镜的清洗质量,确保胃镜清洗消毒效果,提升合格率和灭菌率,保证了医疗安全,防止医院感染的发生。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of standardized cleaning and disinfecting gastroscope.Methods300gastroscopes which were cleaned and disinfected in our endoscopy decontamination center from April2015to April2018were randomLy divided into two groups.The control group was cleaned by conventional cleaning procedures and methods.The observation group was cleaned by standardized cleaning and disinfecting gastroscope process and method.The gastroscope cleaning and disinfecting effect,the internal and external cleaning and disinfection,the number of colonies and the killing rate at different times were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of gastroscope cleaning and disinfection in observation group was97.33%,which was significantly higher than62.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of intracavity cleaning and disinfection and external cavity cleaning and disinfection was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sterilization rate of the gastroscope body surface and gastroscopic lumen surface was1min,3min and5min in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized cleaning and disinfecting gastroscope has remarkable clinical application,which can effectively improve the cleaning quality of the gastroscope,ensure the disinfection effect of the gastroscope,improve the pass rate and sterilization rate,ensure medical safety and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
