摘  要:目前,现有的建筑设计软件主要满足不同设计阶段设计标准和设计施工图的需要,软件模型数据只能供单独软件使用,无法实现不同软件之间的数据共享,绿色建筑设计中还缺乏基于BIM技术的拥有自主知识产权的产品,一些绿色建筑设计计算工具都是独立的软件,其输出计算结果无法在绿色建筑评价软件中共享使用,绿色建筑评价软件中也只能输入数据直接打分,无法直接使用计算软件的计算结果 ,没有形成绿色建筑设计软件体系。通过绿色建筑规划设计软件体系的建立,可以提高数据共享程度,从而提高绿色建筑设计效率。通过本课题的研究,开发一套拥有自主知识产权的绿色建筑规划设计集成软件。通过课题的实施增强绿色建筑规划设计软件的原始创新和集成创新能力,同时为绿色建筑规划提供理论依据和技术支持。At present,the existing architectural design software mainly meets the requirements of design standards and construction drawings at different design stages.The software model data can only be used by individual software,and cannot realize data sharing among different software.In Green Building design,there is still a lack of products with independent intellectual property rights based on BIM technology.Some Green Building design calculation tools are independent software so that the output calculation results cannot be shared in the Green Building evaluation software.The establishment of Green Building planning and design software system can improve the degree of data sharing,thereby improving the efficiency of Green Building design.Through the research of this subject,a set of Green Building planning and design integrated software with independent intellectual property rights has been developed.Through the implementation of Green Building planning and design software,we can enhance the original innovation and integrated innovation capacity issues,while providing a theoretical basis and technical support for Green Building planning.
