摘　　要：习近平青年修德观在新时代具有启迪青年成长、引领青年成才、塑造青年成功的重要现实意义和理论价值。在武装青年头脑方面是青年成长成才的价值指引,引领青年爱国、励志、求真,有助于青年实现意识形态领域的统一建构。作为青年逐梦奋斗的永恒动力,推动青年自觉将"青年梦""中国梦"相结合,有助于青年实现自身价值与社会价值的统一,是青年锤炼品格的力量支持,武装头脑的行动指导。Xi Jinping's view on morality cultivation among the young is of great pragmatic significance and theoretical value to youth growth,youth development and youth success.Xi's words equip young people with correct values,guide them to patriotism,self-improvement and pursuit of truth and help them achieve ideological unity.Xi's words on morality cultivation perpetually motivate young people to pursue lofty goals,urge them to combine their young dreams with the Chinese Dream and achieve a unity of self value and social value and provide strength and support the young in building characters and taking actions.
