老年慢性心衰患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和CD_(19)^+细胞及自然杀伤细胞水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血CD_3^+,CD_4^+,CD_8^+,CD_4^+/CD_8^+,B淋巴细胞CD^+_(19)和NK细胞CD^+_(16+56)的水平及意义。方法采用流式细胞仪检测16例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者(心力衰竭组)、18例冠心病非慢性心力衰竭患者(非心力衰竭组)和16例正常对照组(对照组),检测外周血CD_3^+,CD_4^+,CD_8^+,CD_4^+/CD_8^+,B淋巴细胞CD^+_(19)和NK细胞CD^+_(16+56)绝对计数,比较三组间的差异。结果心力衰竭组CD_4^+低于正常对照组和非心力衰竭组(P<0.05),CD_8^+心力衰竭组高于非心力衰竭组(P<0.05),CD_4^+/CD_8^+心力衰竭组低于非心力衰竭组(P<0.05)。NK细胞CD^+_(16+56)心力衰竭组高于正常对照组和非心力衰竭组(P<0.05)。B淋巴细胞CD^+_(19)心力衰竭组低于正常对照组和非心力衰竭组(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭组患者外周血CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、CD^+_(16+56),CD^+_(19)有明显改变,提示心力衰竭组患者存在免疫调节功能受损。Objective To investigate the expression level of T Lymphocyte Subsets Distribution Type and CD+19Cell and Natural Killer Cell in Aged Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure and its significance.Methods Expression level of peripheral blood T Lymphocyte Subsets Distribution Type and CD+19Cell and Natural Killer Cell were detected in16patients with CHF(CHF group)and18patients without CHF(no CHF group)and16healthy subjects(control group)by flow cytometry.Results CD+4,CD+19in CHF group were significantly decreased less than in control and no CHF groups(P<0.05).CD+16+56in CHF group was significantly higher than in control and no CHF groups(P<0.05).Compared to the no CHF group,CD+8significantly increased in CHF group(P<0.05).CD+4/CD+8in CHF group was significantly decreased less than in no CHF group(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of Lymphocyte Subsets Distribution Type and CD+19Cell and Natural Killer Cell in patients with CHF(CHF group)is closely associated with the disorder of immune system.
