康达心口服液对阳虚水泛型慢性心衰的疗效及护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察康达心口服液对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及护理体会。方法将符合诊断的80例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组为单纯的西药常规治疗;观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用康达心口服液。结果观察组总体疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论康达心口服液对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭治疗效果好,且效果高于单纯西药治疗,可明显改善患者的心功能,从而提升患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effect and nursing experience of Kangda Xin oral liquid on chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and water overflowing.Methods80cases of chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency water overflowing were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine;the observation group was treated with Kangdaxin oral liquid on the basis of routine western medicine.Results The total curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangdaxin Oral Liquid has a better therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and water overflowing,and the effect is higher than that of Western medicine alone.It can obviously improve the heart function of patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
