应用工字型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴鼻胃管固定的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析胃肠减压鼻胃管固定中应用工字型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴的作用。方法选取住院并留置胃肠减压鼻胃管患者30例,随机分为观察组15例(工字型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴胃管固定法)和对照组15例(传统工字型鼻贴联合胶带脸部胃管固定法)。观察两组患者鼻胃管固定情况、更换固定带的间隔时间及所需时间,记录患者管道相关性压疮及鼻腔疼痛发生情况。结果观察组鼻胃管固定效果(13. 3%)明显优于对照组(40. 0%),更换固定带的间隔时间及每次所需时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组鼻腔疼痛发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论在胃肠减压鼻胃管固定中应用工字型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴能有效避免因固定不稳所致的胃管脱落及患者不适所致的意外拔管,一定程度上缓解鼻腔疼痛。Objective To analyze the effect of I-shaped nasal sticker combined with flapper-type facial sticker in the fixation of nasogastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression.Methods A total of30hospitalized patients indwelling nasogastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression were randomly divided into observation group(n=15,I-shaped nasal sticker combined with flapper-type facial sticker in the fixation of nasogastric tube)and control group(n=15,conventional I-shaped nasal sticker combined with packaging tape in the facial fixation of nasogastric tube).The fixation condition of nasogastric tube,interval and required time of changing fixing band were observed between two groups,and the incidences of tube-related pressure sores and nasal pain were recorded.Results The fixation effect of nasogastric tube in observation group(13.3%)was superior to that(40.0%)in control group,and interval and required time of changing fixing band in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nasal pain in observation group was slightly lower than that in control group,but no significant difference was shown(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of I-shaped nasal sticker combined with flapper-type facial sticker in the fixation of nasogastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression can effectively avoid detachment of nasogastric tube caused by unsteady fixation and discomfort-induced accidental extubation,and alleviate nasal pain to a certain extent.
