遥测心电监护仪在心内科疾病诊治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析遥测心电监护仪在心内科疾病诊治中的应用价值。方法选取我院2016年9月至2018年9月期间收治的心内科疾病患者200例作为观察对象,采取随机数字表法对所有患儿进行分组,将患儿分为传统组(n=100)和遥测组(n=100),分别采取传统心电监护设备和遥测心电监护仪进行监测,比较两组心电监护情况。结果遥测组患儿心电图异常度、护理人员满意度分别为96.00%、95.00%,传统组患儿心电图异常度、护理人员满意度分别为87.00%、96.00%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);遥测组患儿家属心电监护总满意度为97.00%,传统组患儿家属心电监护总满意度为89.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论测心电监护仪在心内科疾病诊治中的应用价值极高,可以及时准确监测患儿病情,提高患儿家属满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of telemetry ecg monitor in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.Methods A total of200patients with cardiology diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from September2016to September2018were selected as observation objects.All children were divided into the traditional group(n=100)and the telemetry group(n=100)by random number table method.Traditional ecg monitoring equipment and telemetry ecg monitoring device were separately used to monitor the ecg of the two groups.The ecg monitoring of the two groups was compared.Results The ecg abnormality degree and nursing staff satisfaction degree of children in the telemetry group were96.00%and95.00%,respectively.The ecg abnormality degree and nursing staff satisfaction degree of children in the traditional group were87.00%and96.00%,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In the telemetry group,the total satisfaction of the family members with ecg monitoring was97.00%.In the traditional group,the total satisfaction of the family members with ecg monitoring was89.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ecg monitor is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the department of cardiology,which can timely and accurately monitor the condition of children and improve the satisfaction of their families.
