摘　　要：目的分析风险护理在两种不同雾化器门诊治疗呼吸道感染的应用及其临床效果。方法选取2016年4月～2018年4月时间内收治的126例呼吸道感染患者使用随机分组方式,分为对照组和研究组,比较呼吸道感染患者使用不同雾化器的临床效果以及风险护理在不同雾化器使用护理中的满意度情况。结果研究组的Omron NE-C29雾化器在呼吸道感染患者疗效以及风险护理满意情况优于对照组Yuwell 402超声雾化器(P<0.05)。结论 Omron NE-C29雾化器在呼吸道感染患者治疗中具有较好疗效,能够发挥NE-C29雾化器本身设备优势,保障药效的发挥质量,有利于患者健康保障。Objective To analyze the application and clinical effect of risk nursing in outpatient treatment of respiratory tract infection with two different atomizers.Methods126patients with respiratory tract infection admitted and treated from April2016to April2018were randomly divided into control group and research group to compare the clinical effect of different atomizers used by patients with respiratory tract infection and the satisfaction of risk nursing in the use and nursing of different atomizers.Results Omron NE-C29atomizer of the research group was superior to Yuwell402ultrasonic atomizer of the control group in the efficacy and satisfaction of risk nursing of patients with respiratory tract infection(P<0.05).Conclusion Omron NE-C29atomizer has good efficacy in the treatment of patients with respiratory tract infection.It could give full play to the advantages of NE-C29atomizer's own equipment,ensure the quality of its efficacy,and contribute to patients'health protection.
