摘　　要：目的调查分析女性宫内节育器不良反应发生情况,对其影响因素进行分析,并提供解决对策。方法选取本院2015年1月～2017年12月期间宫内放置节育器女性2003例,对其进行问卷调查以及访问。了解宫内放置节育器女性不良反应发生情况,并对结果进行统计和分析。结果对2003例宫内放置节育器女性进行调查分析,共发现551例出现不良反应,占27.51%(551/2003)。含铜T型宫内节育器整体效果较差,不良反应发生人数较多。结论女性在宫内放置节育器后,不良反应时间较短,而且与女性痛经、放置次数等有直接联系,为降低不良反应,可通过药物治疗。Objective To investigate and analyze the occurrence of adverse reactions of intrauterine contraceptive device in women,analyze its influencing factors,and provide countermeasures.Methods From January2015to December2017,2003intrauterine women with iud were selected for questionnaire survey and interview.To understand the adverse reactions of intrauterine iud placement in women,and the results of statistics and analysis.Results According to the investigation and analysis of2003cases of intrauterine iud placement in women,a total of551cases(27.51%(551/2003)were found to have adverse reactions.Coppercontaining T-type intrauterine iud has poor overall effect and a large number of adverse reactions.Conclusion After female is placed in intrauterine device,adverse reaction time is shorter,and have direct connection with female dysmenorrhea,place frequency to wait,to reduce adverse reaction,can pass medicaments to treat.
