长纤聚酯纤维材料在保持床单位清洁中的应用

摘　　要：目的针对传统方式保护床单位清洁的不足,不能达到完全防污阻菌的效果,本文引进长纤聚酯纤维材料进行临床应用。方法将长纤聚酯纤维材料做成床套,对我院重症监护室106张经清洗消毒后的床单位进行保护,并对经重症病人使用7天后的床单位进行细菌生物学采样。结果使用后的床单位(床褥)外观无血液、体液及其他分泌物的污染,细菌生物学采样监测数值均≤20 CFU/cm^2,未检测出致病菌。结论长纤聚酯纤维材料做成的床套在保持床单位清洁中起到了防水、阻菌、抑菌作用,增加床单位的安全性和可靠性,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective In view of the insufficiency of traditional methods in protecting bed unit cleaning,which can not achieve the effect of complete anti-fouling and anti-bacteria,we introduced the long-fiber polyester fiber material for clinical application.Methods The bed covers made of long-fiber polyester fiber were used to protect106bed units which had been cleaned and disinfected in the intensive care unit of our hospital.The bacterial biological sampling was conducted from the bed units used by critically ill patients after7days of use.Results There was no contamination of blood,body fluid and other secretions in the bed units(mattresses)after use.The biological sampling values of bacteria were less than or equal to20CFU/cm2,and no pathogenic bacteria were detected.Conclusion The bed cover made of long fiber polyester fiber material plays a waterproof,bacterial-resistant and antibacterial role in keeping the bed unit clean,which increases the safety and reliability of the bed unit and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
