急诊应用呼吸机治疗急性左侧心力衰竭临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析急诊应用呼吸机治疗急性左侧心力衰竭临床疗效。方法本次的研究对象为80例在我院2017年7月至2018年7月接受治疗的左侧心力衰竭患者,采用随机分组的方式将所有纳入研究的患者随机分为两组—对照组和实验组,每组左侧心力衰竭患者有40例。对照组患者采用利尿、强心等常规的治疗方法,实验组患者在对照组治疗基础上实施呼吸机治疗,对比两组左侧心力衰竭患者的临床有效率以及患者的心率、呼吸次数和动脉压的指标。结果实验组患者的临床有效率为95.00%,比对照组高20.00%,心率、呼吸次数和动脉压指标均优于对照组,两组数据比较有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊中应用呼吸机治疗左侧心力衰竭患者可以改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of emergency application of ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods This study included80patients with left heart failure who were treated in our hospital from July2017to July2018.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group.There were40patients with left heart failure.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,while the patients in theexperimental group were treated with ventilator on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficiency of the patients with left heart failure and the heart rate,respiratory rate and arterial pressure was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was95.00%,which was20.00%higher than that of the control group.The heart rate,respiratory rate and arterial pressure were better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P was less than0.05.Conclusion The application of ventilator in the treatment of left heart failure in emergency department can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.It is worth of clinical application.
