盆腹腔手术史对妇科微创手术治疗效果的影响探析

摘　　要：目的探究盆腹腔手术史对妇科微创手术治疗效果的影响,分析盆腹腔手术史因术后盆腹腔粘连对妇科微创手术的影响以供参考。方法选取我院妇科于2015年6月至2018年6月收治的670例行妇科微创治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据其有无盆腹腔手术史分为两组,对照组370例无手术史,实验组300例有手术史,比较两组患经过治疗的临床效果并进行对比分新。结果实验组患者手术时间和住院时间长于对照组,出血量较多,实验组患者开腹率和高碳酸血症发生率发高于对照组,实验组患者盆腔粘连率60.67%明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有意义。结论对于妇科进行腹腔镜微创手术治疗的患者进行研究发现,有盆腹腔手术史的患者与无盆腹腔手术史患者比较差异明显,证明了盆腹腔手术史对腹腔镜微创手术影响较大。Objective To explore the influence of the history of pelvic and abdominal surgery on the curative effect of minimally invasive gynecological surgery,and to analyze the effect of pelvic adhension after history of pelvic and abdominal surgery on gynecologic minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of670patients treated with gynecologic minimally invasive surgery during June2015and June2018were included in this study.They were divided into two groups:control group without surgery history(n=370)and treatment group(n=300)with surgery history.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The surgery time and hospital stays in treatment group were much longer than that in control group.Besides,the amount of bleeding,laparotomy rate and incidence of hypercapnia were much higher than that in control group.Compared with the control group,the pelvic adhesion rate in treatment group(60.67%)was much higher with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficiency is significantly different between the patients with and without history of pelvic and abdominal surgery,which indicates that the surgery history has great effect on gynecologic minimally invasive surgery.
