摘  要:目的全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的重复应用及其临床护理。方法选取2016年7月-2017年9月我院糖尿病视网膜病变患者64例,随机分为两组,对照组患者采用药物进行治疗,研究组患者采用全视网膜光凝治疗术,治疗3个月后,对患者进行随机访问,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、视网膜出血吸收时间、渗出吸收时间及水肿时间结果研究组的患者治疗有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的患者视网膜出血吸收时间、渗出吸收时间及水肿时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变时,在药物治疗的基础上采用全视网膜光凝治疗术,治疗的安全性更高,效果更显著,减少了患者的病痛时间,提高了患者的生活质量,对于患者及时的治疗起到一定的积极作用,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To repeat the application of total retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and its clinical nursing.Methods Sixty-four patients with diabetic retinopathy from July2016to September2017were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with drugs.The group of patients in the study group were treated with full retinal photocoagulation.After three months of treatment,the patients were randomly interviewed.The clinical treatment effect,retinal hemorrhage absorption time,exudation absorption time and edema time were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The absorption time,exudation absorption time and edema time of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,full retinal photocoagulation therapy is used on the basis of drug treatment,and the safety of treatment is higher,the effect is more significant,the patient's pain time is reduced,and the quality of life of the patient is improved.It plays a positive role in the timely treatment of patients and should be further promoted in clinical practice.
