摘 要:目的评估住院患者发生医疗器械相关压疮的原因并提出对策。方法 2017年7月至2018年7月对肾脏内科病区收治的1346名患者进行回顾调查,调查医疗器械相关性压疮情况及发生原因。结果与呼吸相关设备压迫关8例(44.44%);与生命体征监测设备压迫相关5例(27.78%);与保护及矫正装置压迫相关3例(16.67%);与导管压迫相关2例(11.11%)。结论住院患者医疗器械相关压疮以呼吸相关设备压迫为多见原因,其次为生命体征监测设备。提示预防住院患者医疗器械相关压疮可通过提高护士专业技能培训、动态评估及早期预防干预来实现。Objective To evaluate the causes of medical-devices-related pressure ulcer in hospitalized patients and propose countermeasures.Methods From July2017to July2018,1346patients admitted to the department of nephrology department were followed up to investigate the situation and causes of medical-devices-related pressure ulcer.Results8cases were related to respiratory equipment compression,accounting for44.44%.Five cases were related to compression of vital signs monitoring equipment,accounting for27.78%.Three cases were related to the compression of protection and correction device,accounting for16.67%.Two cases were related to catheter compression,accounting for11.11%.Conclusion The compression of respiratory equipment is the most common cause of medical device related pressure ulcer in inpatients,followed by vital signs monitoring equipment.
