摘　　要：目的研究分析心肌致密化不全患者使用左心室超声造影的效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月在我院接受常规二维超声心动图诊断为疑似心肌致密化不全的18例患者作为研究对象,所有病例均行左心室超声造影检查,分析两种检查方式的效果差异。结果 13例患者经左心室超声造影后获得确诊,左心室超声造影下于收缩末期及舒张末期的心内膜边界清晰显示的比例显著优于常规二维超声(P<0.05),发现致密化不全的阶段显著更多(P<0.05),同时左心室超声造影下在收缩末期的非致密心肌与致密心肌厚度比值显著比常规二维要高(P<0.05)。结论对左室心肌致密化不全患者诊断时,运用左心室超声造影能够获得更加精确的诊断结果,可以有效地对常规二维超声检查进行补充。Objective To study the effect of left ventricular contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in patients with ventricular myocardium noncompaction.Methods Eighteen patients who were diagnosed with suspected ventricular myocardium noncompaction by conventional two-dimensional echocardiography in our hospital from February2016to February2018were selected as the study subjects.All the patients underwent left ventricular contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,and the effect differences of contrastenhanced ultrasonography and conventional two-dimensional echocardiography were analyzed.Results A total of13patients were confirmed to be ventricular myocardium noncompaction by left ventricular contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Compared with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound,left ventricular contrast-enhanced ultrasonography showed significantly higher ratio of clearly displayed endocardial boundaries at the end of contraction and the end of diastole(P<0.05),and more stages of myocardium noncompaction(P<0.05).The ratio of thickness of non-dense myocardium to dense myocardium under left ventricular contrastenhanced ultrasonography was significantly higher than that under conventional two-dimensional myocardium at the end of contractile phase(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with myocardium noncompaction,left ventricular contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can obtain more accurate diagnostic results,and can effectively supplement conventional two-dimensional ultrasound examination.
