预见性护理干预在微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管结石中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理干预在微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管结石中的效果。方法我院在2017年4月份到2018年4月份收治60例输尿管结石患者,通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别划分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组为常规护理,观察组为预见性护理干预措施,对比两组患者的住院时间、手术时间和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的住院时间与手术时间较对照组低,两组比较具有显著差异,统计学研究价值存在;在并发症比较分析中,观察组指标低于对照组,组间差异化明显(P<0.05)。结论将预见性护理干预应用到微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管结石中,能够使患者积极配合,降低并发症发生率,也能确保患者的快速康复。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention in the treatment of ureteral calculi by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods Sixty cases of ureteral calculi patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April2017to April2018were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention measures.The length of hospital stay,operation time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and operation time of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.In the comparison and analysis of complications,the index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying predictive nursing intervention to minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of ureteral calculi can make patients cooperate actively,reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the rapid recovery of patients.
