摘  要:目的观察不同粉液比氧化锌丁香油水门汀(ZOE)的抗压强度(CS)。方法将氧化锌与丁香油按不同粉液比分成5组进行调制,Z1组氧化锌(g)∶丁香油(m L)粉液比为3. 5∶1,Z2组为4. 0∶1,Z3组为4. 5∶1,Z4组为5. 0∶1,Z5组为5. 5∶1。各组分别制备成6 mm(高)×4 mm(直径)的圆柱体样本,分别于样本制备完成后第3天、第7天和第14天每组随机抽取5个样本,万能力学试验机进行CS检测。结果 Z1组第3天、第7天、第14天CS分别为(35. 518±3. 209) Mpa、(41. 388±20. 157) Mpa、(25. 288±9. 273) Mpa,Z2组第3天、第7天、第14天CS分别为(78. 866±14. 627) Mpa、(49. 530±14. 324) Mpa、(45. 574±17. 543) Mpa,Z3组第3天、第7天、第14天CS分别为(57. 002±12. 049) Mpa、(79. 344±7. 196) Mpa、(62. 934±5. 375) Mpa,Z4组第3天、第7天、第14天CS分别为(27. 310±10. 071) Mpa、(96. 090±11. 538) Mpa、(53. 128±26. 427) Mpa,Z5组第3天、第7天、第14天CS分别为(66. 676±27. 846) Mpa、(47. 202±32. 848) Mpa、(63. 520±26. 562) Mpa。组内比较结果显示,Z2组第3天与第7天、第3天与第14天的CS差异有统计学意义(P均<0. 05),Z3组、Z4组第3天与第7天、第7天与第14天的CS差异有统计学意义(P均<0. 05),其余组内第3天、第7天、第14天的CS差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0. 05)。组间比较结果显示,各组第3天的CS相比,P均<0. 05;第7天时,Z1组与Z4组、Z2组与Z4组相比,P均<0. 05,其余各组间相比,P均> 0. 05;第14天时,Z1组与Z3组、Z4组、Z5组相比,P均<0. 05;其余各组间相比,P均> 0. 05。结论 ZOE的CS与粉液比相关,粉液比为4. 5∶1的Z3组ZOE具有较高的CS,且随时间的变化相对平稳。Objective To observe the compressive strength(CS)of different powder-liquid ratios of Zinc oxide eugenol(ZOE).Methods Zinc oxide eugenol were divided into 5 groups according to different powder-liquid ratios.Z1 group:zinc oxide(g):clove oil(mL)was 3.5∶1,Z2 group:4.0∶1,Z3 group:4.5∶1,Z4 group:5.0∶1,and Z5 group:5.5∶1.In each group,we prepared a cylindrical sample of 6 mm(height)×4 mm(diameter),and 5 samples were randomly selected from each group on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after the sample preparation was completed.We detected the CS of each sample.Results On day 3,7 and 14,the CS of the Z1 group was(35.518±3.209),(41.388±20.157),and(25.288±9.273)Mpa,CS of the Z2 group was(78.866±14.627),(49.530±14.324),and(45.574±17.543)Mpa,CS of the Z3 group was(57.002±12.049),(79.344±7.196),and(62.934±5.375)Mpa,CS of the Z4 group was(27.310±10.071),(96.090±11.538),and(53.128±26.427)Mpa,and CS of the Z5 group was(66.676±27.846),(47.202±32.848),and(63.520±26.562)Mpa.The intra-group comparison showed that the CS difference of Z2 group between the 3rd day and the 7th day,the 3rd day and the 14th day was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the CS of Z3 group and Z4 group on the 3rd and 7th days between the 7th day and the 14th day was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CS between the 3rd day,the 7th day and the 14th day among the other groups(P>0.05).The comparison between groups showed that the difference of CS on the 3rd day of each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day,the statistically significant difference was found in the CS between the Z1 group and the Z4 group,and between the Z2 group and the Z4 group.On the 14th day,the statistically significant difference was found in the CS between the Z1 group and the Z3 group,Z4 group,and Z5 group(all P<0.05),no significant difference was found in the other groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The compressive strength of ZOE is related to the ratio of powder-liquid.The Z3 group with a ratio of 4.
