摘 要:在矿井原有降温系统的基础上增加对吴庄区采区一个采煤工作面和两个掘进工作面的降温,工作面共需冷负荷1 928 kW,设计使用1台型号为KM2000的制冷机组进行降温,制冷量为2 000 k W,冷量由井上姚楼河中提取。设计将吴庄区降温机组与原南翼系统PT并联,利用原系统,只需增加井上井下两个换热工作站的流量则可满足吴庄区采区降温机组的冷量要求,节约了成本。On the basis of the original cooling system of Sanhejian Coal Mine,the cooling capacity of one coal mining face and two heading faces in Wuzhuang mining area is increased.The cooling load of the working face is1928kW.A KM2000refrigeration unit is designed and used to cool the temperature.The cooling capacity is2000kW.The cooling capacity is extracted from Yaolouhe River on ground.The cooling unit in Wuzhuang district is designed to be connected in parallel with the PT system of the original South wing.By using the original system,the cooling capacity of the cooling unit in Wuzhuang district can be met by increasing the flow rate of the two heat exchange stations on ground and underground,and the cost can be saved.
