摘 要:基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对增压器压气机叶轮分别进行了弹性与非线性的弹塑性有限元数值分析.针对叶轮的不同转速,分别计算了叶轮在弹性与弹塑性状态下的应力、位移,并将其分布规律进行对比分析.研究表明:对于高速旋转的叶轮机械使用非线性的弹塑性分析,能更准确地估计其承载能力,并更好的发挥材料的效能.这对于压气机叶轮的设计具有参考意义.Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the elastic and nonlinear elastic-plastic finite element numerical analysis of a supercharger compressor impeller was carried out respectively.According to the different rotational speed of impeller,the stress and displacement of the impeller under elastic and elastic-plastic conditions were calculated respectively,and their distributions were compared and analyzed.The research shows that for the high speed rotating impeller,only nonlinear elastic-plastic analysis can be used to estimate its carrying capacity more accurately and to exert better performance of the materials,which has reference significance to the design of the compressor impeller.
