摘  要:利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度分析仪、透气性测试仪和高性能动力电池测试柜对磷酸铁锂电池的负极材料、导电剂含量、隔膜和极耳结构进行表征,探究了各部分的特性对磷酸铁锂圆柱电池倍率性能的影响,并分析了磷酸铁锂电池中各组分与电池性能之间的对应作用机理。研究表明:适当增大石墨层间距、减小石墨颗粒粒径、增加正极活性物质中导电剂添加量、增大隔膜孔隙率、增加极耳数量来提升电子导通能力、降低全电池内阻,均有利于提高电池的倍率性能和循环性能。The anode materials,cathode materials,separator and tab were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),laser particle size analyzer,air permeability tester and battery testing system.The impacts of the high charge rate performance of LiFePO4 cylindrical battery caused by these components were investigated.In addition,the relationship between the constituents and the performance was analyzed in this study.The results show that the charging rate and cycle performance can be enhanced by improving the layer spacing of graphite,increasing the content of conductive agent in the positive active material,enhancing the ability of electronic conduction and porosity of separator,reducing the size of graphite and the internal resistance of battery.
