摘 要:采用水性粘结剂LA132制备N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)。磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)电池正极片添加NMP的含量分别为0、1%、2%和3%(质量分数),测试并分析NMP的添加量对正极片粘附力、柔韧性和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:添加NMP可以提高正极片的粘附力,增加成膜后极片的柔韧性;当NMP添加量小于1%时,正极片充放电特性和放电比容量不受影响,电池循环容量降低9%。N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)was prepared by water binder LA132 system.The content of NMP which added in anode in lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)battery was 0%,1%,2%and 3%.The effect of NMP content on the adhesion,flexibility and electrochemical performance of the cathode was tested and analyzed.The results showed that the adhesion of the cathode and the flexibility of the film were increased by adding NMP.When the content of NMP was less than 1%,the discharge specific capacity and the charge and discharge characteristics of the cathode were not affected by the active material,and the cell cycle capacity was less than 9%.
