摘  要:利用MATLAB图像处理技术,对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)隔膜的扫描电镜图像进行研究。根据图像特点,利用MATLAB对其进行了图像去噪、直方图均衡化、二值分割等预处理,提取了PVDF隔膜表面的膜孔图像,并对PVDF隔膜的微观结构定量信息进行了计算,成功获取了隔膜表面膜孔的孔隙率、平均直径、直径方差以及直径分布信息。结果表明:该方法能够较为全面地分析PVDF隔膜表面的膜孔特征,为PVDF隔膜的微观结构定量研究提供参考。In this paper,SEM images of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)diaphragm are studied by image processing technology in MATLAB.According to the characteristics of the images,image de-noising,histogram equalization and binary segmentation are carried out based on the powerful image processing function of MATLAB.After image processing,the pores on the surface of the PVDF diaphragm are extracted,and the quantitative information of the microstructure of the PVDF diaphragm is calculated.The porosity,average diameter,diameter variance and diameter distribution information of the pores on the diaphragm are successfully obtained.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can be used to analyze the characteristics of the pores on the surface of the PVDF diaphragm and provide a reference for the quantitative study of the microstructure of the PVDF diaphragm.
