摘 要:在电动汽车电池管理系统(BMS)中,需要对串联动力电池组中各单体电池的电压进行检测,从而进行后续的估计、诊断及保护。正确的电压采样线序是确保检测准确性和安全性的前提,针对目前检测线序方法存在检测时间长、成本高、自动化程度低的问题,提出了一种新型线序检测电路,对电池线序的正常和故障状态进行识别,并通过RS485实时通信将检测结果传输到人机交互界面,实现电池组电压采样线序的自动检测及状态指示功能。所设计的检测模块具有可移植性高、对动力电池组的影响小等优点。分析了检测电路的原理和故障判定方法,并对其线路阻抗和应用于串联电池组的影响进行了分析,给出了仿真和实验结果。In electric vehicle,the voltage of the battery should be detected by Battery Management System(BMS)for subsequent estimation,diagnose and protection.The correct cable sequence for voltage monitoring is the premise for detection accuracy and control safety.Aiming at the problems such as long detection time,high cost and low degree of automation in current methods for cable sequence detection,a new cable sequence detection circuit is proposed in this paper.The circuit can distinguish the normal or failure states of cable sequence and transfer the results to Human Machine Interface(HMI)by RS485 to carry out these functions of automatic detection and state indication for voltage monitoring cable sequence in Li-ion battery pack.The proposed detection module has the advantages of higher degree of automation,higher portability and lower impact on the power battery pack.The principle of the detection circuit and the method for fault judgment are analyzed,also with the cable impedance and the influence on series battery pack.The results of simulation and experiment are given at the end of this paper.
