摘  要:动力电池的工作温度范围决定电池的性能及寿命,因此实时检测动力电池的温度并结合相关热管理控制策略保证其工作在最佳工作温度范围具有重要意义。设计了电池管理系统的温度采样硬件电路,通过软件控制,能够准确地在816 ms内进行8路温度的采集,并通过上位机进行实时显示。在恒温箱中对照高精度温度采集仪测试结果表明,设计的温度采样电路在正常工作温度范围内(-40~70℃)的采样精度在1℃以内,满足电池管理系统温度采集的技术要求。Power battery operating temperature range determines the performance and life of the battery.Therefore,it is important to detect the temperature of the power battery in real time and to ensure that it works in the optimum operating temperature range in conjunction with the associated thermal management control strategy.Designed the temperature sampling hardware circuit of the battery management system and through the software controlling,it can accurately acquisit 8 channels temperature within 816 ms,and through the PC for real-time display.In the thermostat controlled high-precision temperature measurement instrument test results show that the temperature sampling circuit in the battery normal operating temperature range(-40~70℃)sampling accuracy within 1℃,satisfy the technical requirements of the battery management systemtemperature collection.
