院前急救流程的规范化管理对提高救护效果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究院前急救流程的规范化管理对提高救护效果的影响。方法回顾分析2017年3月～2018年3月我院实施院前急救规范化管理前后各84例患者的临床资料,观察规范化实施前后急救出车速度、急救成功率、患者满意度等情况。结果规范化管理实施后,出车反应时间和途中耗时缩短[(1.93±0.32)min vs (3.08±0.40)min,(2.88±0.46)min vs (4.77±0.54)min],急救成功率提高(97.61%vs 90.47%),呼救不应率降低(0 vs 8.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后,患者满意度提高(98.80%vs 82.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理院前急救流程,可有效提高救护效果,改善患者满意度,缩短院前急救时间,值得临床借鉴。Objective The impact of standardized management of the pre-hospital process of the Institute on improving the effectiveness of the rescue.Methods The clinical data of84patients before and after the implementation of pre-hospital first-aid management in our hospital from March2017to March2018,and observe the emergency delivery speed,first-aid success rate,patient satisfaction and other conditions before and after standardized implementation.Results After the implementation of standardized management,the response time and the time of the journey were shortened[(1.93±0.32)min vs(3.08±0.40)min,(2.88±0.46)min vs(4.77±0.54)min],and the success rate of first aid was improved(97.61%vs90.47%),the rate of call for help was reduced(0vs8.00%),before and after comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,patient satisfaction increased(98.80%vs82.14%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of pre-hospital emergency procedures can effectively improve the effectiveness of rescue,improve patient satisfaction,and shorten pre-hospital first aid time,which is worthy of clinical reference.
