从临床供血短缺看其破解路径

摘　　要：常态化临床供血短缺直接影响正常的医疗活动和医疗秩序。文章就临床供血短缺的现状,总结了导致临床供血短缺的主要原因在于临床用血量的刚性增长、不合理的临床用血以及血液供应量的不足等因素;提出了可通过多方面联动来缓解此现状:首先,医疗机构要加强对临床医师合理科学用血的培训并加强监管力度,不对患者输人情血、安慰血且杜绝把输血当成一种常规临床治疗手段,同时临床医师对符合条件的择期手术患者应用自体输血等新技术;其次,血站应更新宣传平台,力求在政府协助下建立全社会无偿献血联动机制,积极扩充血源,破解临床供血短缺现状。The shortage of normal clinical blood supply directly impacted the normal medical activities and medical order.In this paper,the rigid increase of clinical blood volume,unreasonable clinical blood supply and insufficient blood supply are the main causes which lead to the clinical blood supply shortage;It is put forward that this situation can be alleviated by multi-action:first,medical institutions should strengthen the training and supervision of rational and scientific use of blood for clinicians,refrain from transfusion of human blood to patients,comfort blood and put an end to blood transfusion as a routine clinical treatment.At the same time,clinicians applied new techniques such as autologous blood transfusion to eligible patients undergoing elective surgery;Secondly,the blood stations should update the propaganda platform and strive to establish the whole society's linkage mechanism of blood donation without compensation with the help of the government,actively expand the blood source and solve the current situation of the shortage for use.
