摘　　要：目的分析复方倍他米松注射液与套管针联合应用治疗带状疱疹后遗症神经痛的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年9月收治的带状疱疹后遗症神经痛患者60例,分为基础组(常规治疗)和联合组(复方倍他米松注射液与套管针联合治疗)。观察两组患者生活质量及神经痛症状改善情况。结果相对比基础组,联合组患者生理、心理、社会认知、物质生活评分、神经症状缓解时间及治愈时间更为优异(P<0.05)。结论在带状疱疹后遗症神经痛治疗期间,应用复方倍他米松注射液与套管针联用治疗相对比单一性应用复方倍他米松注射液治疗,不仅让患者的生活质量得到保障,而且有效缩短患者神经疼痛及治愈时间,为患者早期康复提供保障。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound betamethasone injection combined with trocar in the treatment of herpes zoster sequela neuralgia.Methods60patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted from January2017to September2018were divided into basic group(routine treatment)and combined group(compound betamethasone injection combined with trocar).The improvement of quality of life and symptoms of neuralgia were observed.Results Compared with the basic group,the combined group had better physiological,psychological,social cognition,material life score,neurological symptoms relief time and cure time(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of sequela of herpes zoster neuralgia,the combination of compound betamethasone injection and trocar needle,which not only ensures the quality of life of patients,but also effectively shortens the time of nerve pain and cure,and provides guarantee for early rehabilitation of patients.
