低年资手术室护士情绪状态及其影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解低年资手术室护士情绪状态的影响因素,为维护护士的身心健康,增加对职业的兴趣感,降低离职率提供参考。方法本调查采用网络调查问卷的方法,选取我院手术室护士为研究对象,根据我院对护士层级分类的标准,采用一般情况调查表及护士工作压力源量表,对低年资手术室护士的一般情况及情绪状态进行调查。所获取的数据录入EXCLE建立数据库,用SPSS19.0软件进行分析。结果手术室护士工作压力大,在低年资手术室护士工作压力来源中,护理专业及工作方面的问题得分最高(2.44±0.94)分,居于首位;其次是工作量及时间分配的问题(2.33±0.83)分;而管理人际及人际关系方面的问题得分最低(1.95±0.75)分。低年资手术室护士参加工作时间短、工作中独立性差、分工协作能力弱,工作中压力的来源主要是护理专业及工作方面的问题;长期倒班、夜班时间长、工作量大、对患者护理不到位等因素,影响护士情绪的变化。结论关注低年资手术室护士工作压力源的影响因素,加强心理疏导与情绪管理,提高手术室护理的工作质量。Objective To understand the influencing factors of the emotional state of nurses in low-age operating room,maintain the physical and mental health of nurses,to increase their interest in occupation,and to reduce the dimission rate.Methods The network questionnaire in this investigation was adopted.The hospital operating room nurses as the research object,According to the standard of classification of nurses in our hospital,the general situation questionnaire and the stress source scale of nurses'work were used.The obtained data were input into EXCLE and analyzed with SPSS19.0software.Results Operating room nurses were under great pressure.Among the low seniority operating room nurses,the highest score was obtained(2.44±0.94)in nursing profession and work.Secondly,workload and time distribution(2.33±0.83).The lowest scores were scored for managing people and relationships(1.95±0.75).Junior operating room nurses had short working hours,poor independence and weak ability of division of labor.So the main sources of pressure in work were the nursing profession and problems in work.Long-term shift shift,long night shift,heavy workload,poor patient care and other factors affect the change of nurses'mood.Conclusion The working pressure of nurses in operating room is mainly the nursing profession and the work aspect,especially the opportunity for further study is too little.It is of great significance to analyze the factors that affect the change of nurses'mood,to stabilize nursing team and improve nursing quality.
