摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择我院接受无痛胃镜检查的80例患者,随机分为舒适护理组和常规护理组两组,每组有40例患者,常规护理组患者应用常规护理方式,舒适护理组患者应用舒适护理方式,对比两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果舒适护理组患者的不良反应发生率低于常规护理组患者,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理应用于无痛胃镜检查中,能够降低患者出现不良反应的概率。Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in painless gastroscopy.Methods80patients received painless gastroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of comfortable nursing group and routine nursing group.There were40patients in each group.The routine nursing group was used routine nursing,and the patients in the comfortable nursing group were used for comfortable nursing,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the comfort care group was lower than that in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in painless gastroscopy has significant application value and can reduce the probability of adverse reactions.
