摘　　要：目的评价护士分层护理管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院普外科46名护理人员作为研究对象,对纳入研究的对象实施分层护理管理,观察比较实施分层护理管理前后的护理满意度及综合护理质量。结果实施分层护理管理后,基础护理合格率、病房管理合格率、专业考核合格率及患者满意度均高于实施前,而护理不良事件发生率低于实施前,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护士分层护理管理模式在护理管理中具有较好的应用效果,可提升护理质量及工作效率。Objective To evaluate the application effect of nurse hierarchical nursing management mode in nursing management.Methods46nursing staff in the department of general surgery of our hospital were selected as the research object,and the nursing management was carried out to the subjects of the study,and the nursing satisfaction and the quality of comprehensive nursing were observed and compared before and after hierarchical nursing management.Results After the implementation of hierarchical nursing management,the rate of basic nursing qualification,the rate of ward management,the qualified rate of professional assessment and patient satisfaction were higher than before the implementation,while the incidence of adverse events was lower than that before the implementation,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse hierarchical nursing management model has a good application effect in nursing management.It can significantly improve the quality of nursing and work efficiency,and can be popularized and applied in the clinical nursing management.
