经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影在不孕症诊断中的应用价值评价

摘　　要：目的:探究和分析经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影在不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院在2016年1月至2018年1月间收治的82例女性不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用SonoVue造影剂,进行经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影检查,通过四维重建技术实时观察造影剂在宫腔及输卵管腔内流动过程,判断输卵管的通畅性。对经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影诊断的应用价值进行具体分析。结果:经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影有着较高的准确的诊断率,82例患者中共159条输卵管,超声造影显示输卵管通畅为64条,输卵管通而不畅为72条,输卵管堵塞为23条。结论:经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影对输卵管显示清晰,能观察宫腔及输卵管的形态结构、空间走行,并评价输卵管的通畅情况,安全、经济、无不良反应,是输卵管通畅性的重要的检查方法,在临床中诊断的结果良好,具有着较高的诊断价值。Objective:To explore and analyze the value of transvaginal hysteral fallopian tube four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods:Eighty-two female infertility patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.The SonoVue contrast agent was used to perform transvaginal hysterosalping four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and real-time observation by four-dimensional reconstruction technique.The contrast agent flows in the uterine cavity and the fallopian tube cavity to judge the patency of the fallopian tube.The application value of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis of transvaginal hysterosalping tube was analyzed.Results:The transvaginal hysterosalping tube four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound has a high accurate diagnosis rate.There were 159 fallopian tubes in 82 patients.The ultrasonography showed 64 tubal patency,72 tubal patency,and 23 fallopian tube obstruction.Conclusion:The transvaginal uterine fallopian tube four-dimensional contrast-enhanced angiography was clear on the fallopian tube.It could observe the morphological structure and space of the uterine cavity and fallopian tube,and evaluate the patency of the fallopian tube.It was safe,economical and has no adverse reactions.It was an important examination for the patency of the fallopian tube.The method has good results in clinical diagnosis and has high diagnostic value.
